Beverly Alter, MS is the co-founder and senior vice president of the Kinzie Consortium LLC. Prior to this experience, she was founder and president of Alter and Associates LLC, in Connecticut, for 25 years. Her firm specializes in career development, outplacement, inplacement, organizational renewal, performance improvement and diversity systems. She developed and managed contractual relationships with domestic and international corporations and organizations including NASA, Nextel, DuPont, The Hartford Insurance Group, Aetna, Sprint and many others. She and her associates provided consulting and training to not-for-profits, government agencies, municipalities, law firms and educational systems. She has trained human resource professionals from all industries in career counseling techniques and has personally coached thousands of individuals in the assessment of world -of- work value and personal marketing campaigns. Beverly is a recognized keynote speaker and workshop facilitator for national conferences throughout the U.S.
