Ken Kinzie, MSW, LCSW, is the president and CEO of the Kinzie Consortium. The Consortium provides executive coaching, interactive workshops and employee assistance programs to regional and national accounts. Ken Kinzie is a respected executive with 35 years in the corporate realm of management, employee training, executive coaching, marketing and counseling. He is recognized by peers and clients as an effective team builder at the employee and leadership level and is well-versed in the types of stresses executives of growing organizations can experience. Ken created and operated the Employee Assistance Program for the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, a 850-bed not-for-profit hospital with over 3000 employees. Ken’s client list include school board, city governments, medical and manufacturing concerns. Kinzie received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University.
